Coffee Market recognizes the importance of online safety when it comes to your personal data and your online transactions; this is why we take all necessary measures and use the most modern and advanced methods to ensure maximum safety. From the horizontal menu at the top of the page, you can view our products by clicking with your mouse over the button "Shop Online". That way you enter the online store of In front you will see the latest special offers and featured products of the store. If something interests you, click on the icon and you will be transferred to the specific product. On the left hand side of the page there is a vertical menu of product categories available in our store. You can choose any category you want and see all the products in this category on the right side of the page. You can select a different category and continue shopping.

When you have finished shopping, click on "Show Cart" at the top of the page.

In the basket, you can change the quantity of a product by changing the number in the box next to the price and press the button with the arrows to update the quantity. You can also delete a product from your cart by clicking on the waste bin button next to the product.

If you have a discount code, enter it in the box at the bottom of the page.

At the checkout there are 3 steps.

Step 1: Select shipping address

Step 2: Shipping Method: you can choose to either pick up your order from our store for free, or for it to be sent to you. The price of postage depends on the weight of your order; it will be listed next to "Post"

Payment method: there are 4 methods of payment:

Cash on Delivery (extra cost of 4.31 Euros)
Credit/Debit card (we accept Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and American Express)

Step 3: Complete Order. Here you can see all the information you have entered to confirm your order. You can also leave a note about your order. It is important to check the box "I agree to the Terms and Conditions" otherwise you will not be able to send your order. Please take a few minutes to read the Terms and Conditions of use. They will appear in a separate window if you click on the link.

Finally, click on "Confirm Order" to send your order.

If you are a new customer, you will need to open an account with us in order to place an order. Click on "Login" at the top right of the page and you will be transferred to a new page. On the left hand side you will see the area where members enter using their username and password that were selected during their registration. On the right hand side, you can register with by clicking on the link "Register".

On the next page, enter your e-mail and choose a password. Your password must be at least 6 characters, letters or numbers, without spaces.

In the Customer Information fields, it is necessary to fill in the fields which have an asterisk * next to them, ie name, surname, address and phone number. For an invoice, you must fill out your profession, your Tax Identification Number (AFM) and the branch of the Tax Office where you are registered (DOY).

To complete your registration, you must click on the box that says you agree to our Terms of Use.

Then click on "Send Registration" at the bottom of the page and your account will be opened. The password is personal, and it is your responsibility to keep it safe and secret. Now you can go ahead with your shopping.

Alternatively, when you complete your shopping, click on "Show Cart" at the top of the page. At the bottom of the page there is the option "New customer? Please provide your billing information." To log into your account, click on the "Login" link at the top right of the page and you will be transferred to a new page. Customers who have already registered an account with us can login on the left hand side of the new page. Your username is your e-mail address and the password is the one you chose when you opened your account. Now you can start shopping.

You can change your password, and your address or phone anytime you want after you login to your account, by clicking on the link "My Account" at the top right of the page.

You can also add shipping addresses to your account. Please select an appropriate nickname (eg office, cottage, etc.) to facilitate future purchases. Then press on the "floppy disk" save icon on the right side of the form.


There are 4 payment methods:

  1. By Credit/Debit Card

    Credit card debiting takes place using the secure systems of Alpha Bank. We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order. After you confirm payment by credit/debit card, you will be transferred to Alpha Bank’s secure page, where you can fill in your sensitive information in confidence offered to you by SSL (Secure Socket Layers) protocol. When you access the secure page the web address will change from http// to https// where s stands for secure and your browser will indicate to you that you are on a secure page. Your information is then encrypted and securely transferred to Alpha Bank’s database. does not have access to your card information; it just receives payment from the bank for your order.     After paying the money into our account, you have to send us a copy of the bank transfer via e-mail on This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. If you do the bank transfer via the internet, please put your order number as a reference. We shall process your order as soon as the payment comes into our account.

    If a week elapses and we haven’t heard from you, we shall send you an e-mail reminding you of your order. If another two weeks elapse after the reminding e-mail, we shall cancel the order. 

  4. Cash on delivery

    This is only possible within Greece and an extra charge will be added to your order.  The charge will be indicated to you at the time of checkout.

You can cancel your order up to the point of dispatch. You can check the status of your order on our website by accessing your account with your e-mail and your password. After dispatch, the order cannot be cancelled.

Shipping cost depends on the weight of your order and on the delivery address. If the weight of your order is up to 4 kilograms, the shipping cost is 4.5 Euros + VAT at 23%. For orders over 4 kilograms, each kilogram is charged at 90 cents + VAT at 23%. If you choose to pay by cash on delivery, you will be charged an extra 3.5 Euros + VAT 23%.

We use ACS courier and Hellenic Post services for delivering your orders. Deliveries within Greece take approximately 3-4 working days.

PRODUCT RETURNS gives you the right to return the products you bought, in the same condition they were when you received them, in a secure package along with the sales receipt, within 7 working days from the date you received them. In order to avoid inconvenience, it is advisable to check the order at the time of delivery. Check the state of the products delivered and the packaging in order to detect any obvious problems e.g. wrong products.


Our Newsletter contains new products and news relevant to our business.
